Why guests come back

Quality over quantity, under the trees

Owners on site, 24/7

Call and you'll reach Emily or Mark — not a call center. They live here, know every site, and greet you with a smile when you pull in.

Shade that beats the heat

A mature oak canopy keeps sites cool through brutal Texas summers — the most underrated amenity in the state, and the reason travelers love it here.

Easy in, easy out

Level concrete pull-through pads right off I-35 Exit 342B. Big rigs 50′+ welcome, with plenty of room to maneuver. Guests call setup effortless.

Everything you need

Full hook-ups, propane, and the comforts of home

Every site is built to last — pressure-regulated water, gravity sewer, and 30 & 50-amp service on a level concrete pad. The rest is the stuff that makes a stay easy.

More than a place to park

A little bit of Texas character

The towering Statue of Liberty landmark beside I-35 at North Crest RV Park
01 · The landmark

You can't miss us

Our towering Statue of Liberty stands watch over I-35 — the reason a generation of travelers knows us by sight. Take Exit 342B and you're home in under a minute.

02 · Built by hand

The two-story tree office

Mark built our office around a living oak from 95% recycled material — the kind of detail you only find at a park run by people who actually care about the place.

03 · Peace of mind

A real storm shelter

Texas weather can turn fast. Our hand-built underground shelter means you and your family have somewhere safe to go — something you won't find at most parks.

Run by a family, not a corporation

The same family, on the same land, for decades

The park was established in 1935. Emily's father, Mark E. Williams, bought it in 1995 — and when he stepped back, Emily took over with one mission: keep the legendary customer service while keeping rates fair.

Today Mark and Emily both live on site, alongside Ranger the Sheepadoodle, the park's unofficial welcome committee. Pull in and you'll be greeted by name.
