What's included in the nightly rate?
Nightly sites are $55 and up, and include 30 & 50-amp full hookups, a level concrete site, free WiFi, a picnic table and BBQ grill, plus access to all amenities — laundry, showers, and the storm shelter. No hidden fees. Full pricing is on the rates page.
Do you offer weekly or monthly discounts?
Yes! We offer weekly and monthly discounts. Call Emily for details at (254) 799-3963.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 2 or more days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. Less than 2 days forfeits one night's stay. Monthly stays are exempt from this policy. Plans change — call us and we'll work with you.
How do I book?

Sites & hook-ups
Do you accept big rigs?
Absolutely. We're big-rig friendly with pull-through sites accommodating RVs 50′+ — plenty of room to maneuver right off I-35.
What hook-ups do sites have?
Every site is a full hook-up site: 30 & 50-amp electric, pressure-regulated water, and gravity sewer on a level concrete pad.
How's the WiFi?
Free WiFi is included at every site. Heavy streamer or remote worker? A premium upgrade ($) is available — just ask at check-in.
Propane & extras
Can I refill propane at the park?
Yes — we fill both cylinders and motorhomes on site, Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday except in extreme cold). You don't have to be a guest to top off.
What else is on site?
24/7 laundry, clean ADA-accessible showers, ice ($2 for an 8-lb bag), sodas (75¢), drinking water (25¢ a gallon), and a hand-built underground storm shelter.
Pets & rules
Can I bring my pets?
Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome — and be sure to meet Ranger, our resident Sheepadoodle Park Ranger. Pets should be leashed in common areas, and please clean up after them.
Is there a quiet hour?
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Like any good park, we ask guests to keep noise down overnight so everyone can rest. Full details on the park rules page.

Where exactly are you?
1123 N Lacy Dr, Waco, TX 76705 — right off I-35 at Exit 342B. Watch for our towering Statue of Liberty; you can't miss us. Get directions →
How close are you to downtown Waco?
About 6 miles — easy access to restaurants, shopping, Magnolia Market, the Waco Mammoth National Monument, and Baylor University. Emily keeps a running list of local favorites; just ask at check-in.
What if I'm arriving late?
No problem — Mark and Emily live on site. Give us a call and we'll get you settled, whatever the hour.
