Reservations

Reservation requests submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. A reservation is confirmed when we contact you to confirm availability.
Rates are listed on our Reservations page and are subject to change for future bookings.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 2 or more days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 2 days before arrival forfeit one night's stay. Monthly stays are not subject to this cancellation policy.
Plans change — call us at (254) 799-3963 and we'll do our best to work with you.

Park Rules

All guests agree to follow our park rules, including quiet hours and pet policies. We reserve the right to ask guests who repeatedly violate the rules to leave without refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Camping and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks. Guests stay at their own risk.
North Crest RV Park is not responsible for damage to or theft of vehicles, RVs, or personal property, or for injuries resulting from weather, wildlife, or guest negligence, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Guests are responsible for damage they, their children, their guests, or their pets cause to park property.
